Q: What makes you different from other watch retailers? 

A: Most of our pieces are handcrafted by world renowned watchmakers from around the globe, using eco-conscious practices and upcycled materials.  We also seek out limited edition and small batch collections to make our product offering unique. 

Q: What does 'limited edition' mean? 

A: Limited edition means that the pieces we offer are not sold in bulk on Amazon or other 'big box' retail stores, that they have distinctive styling and features, and that they are unavailable once sold out.  

Q: What is your shipping policy? 

A: We offer FREE shipping on every order over $50We ship to most of the world, but there are some areas/regions we do not serve at this time.  Please check the full shipping policy for more details. 

Q: Do you allow returns or exchanges?

Q: What kind of warranty do you offer against damage or defects?

A: Every piece comes with a manufacturer's warranty against defects for at least one year, though many offer longer warranties.  A warranty is the manufacturer's guarantee of the materials and craftsmanship, so if your piece stops working within that period of time, you can contact the manufacturer directly or you can let us know and we will facilitate a return/exchange at no cost to you.
