The holidays are coming.
I know: they aren't here yet, but they are just around the corner. To make your holiday shopping experience seamless this year, we've updated our shipping and returns policies. Here's an overview of what's new:
- International/Global Shipping is back
At the start of 2023, we decided to scale back on shipping internationally because the cost per product was just too high. Earlier this month we were able to secure better shipping rates for international orders which means that our customers in Canada, Mexico, the UK, Europe and Australia can confidently shop our selections without worrying about outrageous shipping costs. So if you've been hoping that we would offer international shipping again, your wish has been granted! Shipping is FREE for all orders over $50 USD or currency equivalent.
- Shipping Times have been updated
We know that the holidays create shipping delays and have updated our delivery deadlines to promote flexibility during seasonal surges. Since we maintain stock levels year round, shipping out orders is a daily occurrence. Be advised that delivery estimates depend on a variety of factors and while we do our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible, we can't be responsible for carrier delays or other unforeseen events. We recommend that you place orders for the holiday season early to avoid unnecessary delays, whenever possible.
- Revised Returns Policy
We appreciate your business and want to make it easier for you to shop for items we know you'll love. In anticipation of the holiday season, we've expanded our return window from 7 days to 30 days for all items over $25. We've also updated our exchange policies to reflect international orders. If you're unhappy with your purchase we will offer you a store credit, exchange or refund.

Yes, if you are unhappy with the product then return shipping is free, as long as the product is more than $25. If the product is less than $25, we will offer store credit.
